3. Eligibility
Services are offered strictly on a B2B basis
Users must be 18 years or older
You must have authority to bind the business you represent
Services may not be used where prohibited by law
4. Accounts & Access
Access is provided after payment
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Account sharing is not permitted unless expressly approved by aihaus
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
5. Payments & Billing
Pricing includes subscription fees and may include one-time setup fees
Billing is monthly, unless otherwise agreed in writing
A 7-day free trial may be offered
No refunds are provided
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
6. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities
You agree to use the services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
Use the services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with AI systems
Use AI outputs for unlawful, deceptive, or unethical purposes
Overload, scrape, or exploit the platform
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Use AI systems to provide regulated advice (e.g. legal, medical, financial) without proper authorization
You are solely responsible for all data, prompts, and content you submit.
7. AI Outputs & Responsibility
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable
Outputs are provided “as-is”
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI outputs before use
aihaus is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated results
8. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, branding, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of aihaus
Users retain rights to their submitted content
AI output ownership and reuse are handled in a privacy-preserving manner
aihaus may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve services, unless prohibited by law or agreement
No rights are transferred except those expressly granted.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, processed, and protected in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including POPIA.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
Payments are overdue
There is misuse, legal risk, or security threat
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, access to services will cease.

Update features, pricing, or functionality
Update these Terms from time to time
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
Availability or uptime
Fitness for a particular purpose
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
aihaus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding billing period
aihaus is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aihaus from claims arising out of:
Misuse of services
Violation of laws or third-party rights
Content you submit or actions you take based on AI outputs
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Zimbabwe.
